Dear Company_Contact ,

Thank you for sending us your Online Questionnaire. Please understand that the receipt of the questionnaire is not enough information to design and develop your site.  Upon receipt of your online questionnaire, your web designer will be contacting you. They will be requiring more information. Below is a summary of what you may be required to provide. All information that is requested is required.  Once your designer receives this questionnaire along with the other requested information that was mentioned, they will provision a spot for your site on one of our servers.  New domain name(s) will be registered and existing domain name(s) will be modified.  If the site is a re-design of your existing site, the domain modification can take some time.  You may be required to send a fax to InterNIC, on your company letterhead, confirming that the domain name changes be made.  Your domain name will point to your new site with us once InterNIC processes the domain modification.  Within 3 days of your domain name being linked to your site, a coming soon page will be published to let the world know that your site will be ready soon.

.
Your designer will need the following additional information before beginning on the development of your site:
1. Any special graphics that you would like to have appear on your site.  These would include logos, pictures of your facility, product pictures, etc.  You may send letterhead, business cards, photos (will be returned), or graphics files.  Graphics files must be saved in PC format.  We prefer . tif format, but will also accept .jpg, or . gif.  If you scan your own pictures or images please scan at a resolution of 100 dpi or higher.  We can scale the picture down to ensure the quality, but not up.
2. A list of the categories that you want to appear on your web site.  If you are unsure, your designer will help you (each category is considered a separate page).  A good idea is to draw a flow chart of how you would like your site to navigate.
Example:  Attorney
Firm Overview, Areas of Practice, Attorney Directory, Firm Offices, Community Service
Industry Experience, Newsletter and Bulletins, What’s New, Legal Links.
3. Text information and data about all information that should appear in your site. You may email these to your designer in Microsoft Word format. as they request the information.
4. If available, provide us with brochures, literature, pamphlets, catalogs, pricing, and any additional materials that you can send.
5. Also provide us with any design layout ideas that you have in mind.
6. Please do not be shy when sending information to the design team.  The more the information we receive, the better the job we can do to make your site everything that you hope it will be.
7. Send all mentioned materials to y our Web Designer as they ask for it, or sooner if you have it ready.

Should you have any questions before your designer contacts you, please e-mail info@310inc.com or call our Corporate Office at 805-577-9999.

Thank You
